The ICHANGE Story

Humans helping humans, since 2011.

IchangeProcess is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2011. We were built around a simple idea: the most powerful clinical tool is human connection. In 2020 we transitioned to 100% virtual care so we could keep showing up for our community without geographical limits.

2011

Founded with intention

Founded on the belief that therapy should feel like a conversation with a trusted neighbor — not a prescription handed down from a high chair.

501(c)(3)

Mission-bound nonprofit

Our 501(c)(3) status keeps us accountable to the community first. Every dollar of fee revenue and every donation goes back into care, training, and access programs.

100%

Virtual care, real presence

We meet entirely online — but our goal is for the screen to disappear. We focus on the now, deliver real tools, and stay rooted in the lives of the people we serve.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple.

To empower our community with the tools, support, and guidance needed to thrive — together. We believe being healthy should be a way of life — not a rare experience.

At ICHANGE, we meet people where they are. We walk beside them, not in front of them. Whether it’s through therapy, assessments, family support, or just being a steady presence, we’re here to help people move from just surviving… to truly living.

We’re not a big system. We’re your neighbors, your advocates, your support team — rooted in heart, grounded in purpose, and always ready to help.

What ICHANGE Does

  • Delivers evidence-based interventions to individuals who meet Medical Necessity criteria.
  • Empowers people with protective-factor tools to help them become self-sufficient.
  • Works alongside interns, volunteers, and community partners to expand access to care.
  • Provides family support services that strengthen family functioning.
  • Offers psychological assessments, individual and group therapy, and court-involved support.

Our Board

The people steering the ship.

Our Board of Directors is the volunteer governance body that holds ICHANGE accountable to its mission, its clients, and its community. Each member brings clinical, legal, financial, or community-organizing expertise — and a personal commitment to mental-health equity.
