These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at ichangeprocess.org (the "Site") and any related services provided by ICHANGE ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms govern your use of this website. They do not by themselves create a clinical relationship between you and ICHANGE. A clinical relationship begins only when both you and a licensed ICHANGE clinician have agreed in writing to begin care, and is governed by a separate clinical services agreement.
About ICHANGE
ICHANGE is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit behavioral health practice based in Lansing, Michigan (EIN: 45-4900740). Our website provides information about our services and ways to contact us, schedule appointments, share intake information, and donate.
Not a substitute for emergency care
If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical emergency, do not use this Site to seek help. Call 911, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or go to the nearest emergency room.
Information shared through this Site is not monitored in real time. We cannot guarantee an immediate response to messages, form submissions, or appointment requests.

The information on this Site — including pages about services, blog posts, and other educational content — is for general informational purposes only. Account and submissions
If you submit information through our intake form, contact form, donation form, or appointment scheduler, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that we may use it to respond to you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you submit information about a minor, you confirm that you are the minor's parent or legal guardian.
Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:

Donation refunds are handled case-by-case; contact us within 30 days of a donation if you believe a refund is warranted.

How to file a complaint
If you have a concern about your care, our staff conduct, or this policy, please email complaints@ichangeprocess.org. Complaints are reviewed by the Executive Director and responded to within 10 business days. Anonymous complaints are accepted; however, providing your contact information helps us follow up directly and resolve the matter more quickly.
