Getting to Know You

Begin Your Great Journey.

Pick what feels right for you. Book a time to talk, or share your story in writing — both reach us, both work. Please don’t share medical history when booking; we’ll cover that securely once we connect. You’re in the driver’s seat.

How it works

Three small steps. No pressure at any one of them.

  1. Complete the new-client inquiry form

Tell us a bit about your scheduling availability and what you’d like to gain from therapy. If we’re a good fit, we’ll confirm your 15-minute phone consultation. If we think someone else might be a better match (due to clinical needs or availability), we’ll let you know via email.

  2. Book a 15-minute consultation

Schedule a 15-minute telephone consultation. A low-pressure, no-obligation conversation — ask any questions, share more about your goals, and get a feel for how we work together.

  3. Schedule your first session

After the consultation, book your first 90-minute appointment. This is where care begins — getting to know each other and mapping out next steps, together.

Fill out a short form on your own time. Skip anything that feels too personal — nothing’s required. We’ll read it carefully and reach out with next steps.

All three open in a new tab. Prefer another way? Call (810) 243-2607, email clientservice@ichangeprocess.org for new appointments, or intake@ichangeprocess.org for general intake.

Heads up — client paperwork: if our care involves coordination with other providers, family, or third parties, we’ll ask you to complete the Consent to Share (MDHHS‑5515) form. You can review and download it ahead of time.
